Training may take place on a face-to-face basis or on a virtual platform. The Training Manager is responsible for the training on all therapeutic areas listed under \u201cExperience Requirements\u201d below, for all functions and territories, and is expected to learn new skills according to business needs.<\/p>\n<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop, compile and implement quality training materials and sessions, in line with CHIETA accreditation requirements and aligned to the business\u2019s needs.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate cross-functionally and conduct business reviews with all stakeholders to gather important insights, identify gaps in capabilities, learning concerns, new educational needs and develop appropriate action plans to address the requirements and reach the desired competency levels.<br \/>\n\tCompile a portfolio of evidence (POE) for each Learner and evaluate the quality and accuracy of the POEs to ensure compliance.<br \/>\n\tCompile and disseminate monthly reports and trackers, sharing assessment, training compliance, and competency updates to Line Managers and Key Stakeholder.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with digital stakeholders when creating and delivering digital initiatives that can be integrated into the Learning Management System (LMS), for a seamless and blended learning experience.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain credible and meaningful relationships within the organization and externally.<br \/>\n\tWork in-field with Sales Representatives to evaluate, coach and provide feedback and continuous learning.<br \/>\n\tSupport the business with new product launches (NPLs) by facilitating the necessary knowledge transfer to the relevant teams, in collaboration with brand managers and regulatory.<br \/>\n\tManage and oversee accredited internship programs.<br \/>\n\tContribute to the business achieving their sales versus target goal, through quality training interventions and initiatives.<br \/>\n\tManage the training department budget to ensure value add and return on investment<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with Regulatory requirements and the standards of the Marketing Code Authority.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate training records and review training materials as required.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<br \/>\nEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric\/ Grade 12<br \/>\n\tA Bachelor\u2019s Degree in the Life Sciences<br \/>\n\tAssessor Certification is a mandatory requirement<br \/>\n\tCertificate in Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practitioner (ODETDP) is advantageous<br \/>\n\tSkills Development Facilitator (SDF) is advantageous<\/p>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience in the pharmaceutical industry<br \/>\n\tA minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in the training, learning and development field<br \/>\n\tDisease Knowledge in the following therapeutic areas: Cardiovascular, Respiratory\/Allergy, Women\u2019s Health, Men\u2019s Health, Endocrinology, Dermatology<br \/>\n\tExperience in training soft skills (Customer Service, Selling, EQ, Time Management etc), is advantageous<br \/>\n\tComprehensive knowledge of different learning methodologies is essential<\/p>\n<p>SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tExcellent communication skills;
