Purpose Statement<\/p>\n
\tTo manage the 24 hour Call Centre to ensure that a high quality service is provided to clients by a highly skilled and trained team of Call Centre Agents operating within an efficient environment according to approved, up to date, well documented processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum:<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years Call Centre experience with leadership or oversight experience
\n\t2 years Banking experience
\n\tBanking products relating to all types of accounts, credit card and electronic banking products.
\n\tPeople management practices and principles
\n\tBusiness acumen
\n\tStakeholder engagement
\n\tBanking\/ Financial Services landscape and products
\n\tCustomer service principles and practice
\n\tBusiness communication and presenting of information
\n\tDelegation and conflict management<\/p>\n
Ideal:<\/p>\n

Qualifications (Minimum)<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 National Certificate \/ Vocational<\/p>\n
