\tOur client, a dynamic player in the fast-growing world of bold, premium beverage brands, is seeking a National Brand Manager to join their team in Cape Town.
\n\tIn this key role, you will lead brand strategy, drive sales performance, and expand direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels across South Africa.
\n\tYou\u2019ll play a central role in accelerating market growth, activating trade channels, and scaling brand visibility nationwide.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n
\tDeliver volume growth via key account strategy and distributor collaboration
\n\tLaunch and optimise our national e-commerce \/ DTC platform
\n\tExecute brand plans and localise global campaigns with impact
\n\tOwn trade marketing, activations, and ROI-led promotions
\n\tDevelop and motivate distributor teams on brand positioning
\n\tProvide market insights and performance reporting to leadership<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\t5-7 years’ experience in FMCG or beverage-alcohol brand\/sales management
\n\tProven results in national account leadership and e-commerce execution
\n\tStrong grasp of SA’s on\/off-trade and distributor environments
\n\tDigitally fluent, analytical, and entrepreneurial<\/p>\n
