Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAdministratively supporting all aspects of the buying process
\n\tEnsuring timeous placement of orders onto the purchasing system
\n\tCreating and updating Brand & Commodity Mapsheets, spreadsheets and reports
\n\tCompiling Launch Calendars & managing all communications pertaining to this
\n\tAll preparations prior to presentations & meetings\u00a0such as Strategy, Seasonal SWOT, Quarterly Range Reviews, VM- & Marketing meetings and Weekly Trade Reports
\n\tCompleting all administrative documentation that is related to loading products and images into, as well as creating order on the TFG system \u2013 focus being Buyplan & PMM
\n\tBuilding constructive and mutually beneficial relationships with Brands\u00a0
\n\tCommunicating with Brands to gather all information required to load product & create orders
\n\tProcessing of all amendments and communicating changes to relevant parties
\n\tSupporting & Liaising DC\u2019s, GMP & Customer service teams in resolving any issues or queries that occur daily (AD HOC)
\n\tManaging orders through the critical path process
\n\tPulling of weekly reports on Last Week\u2019s Performance & formulating trade feedback\u00a0
\n\tAble to do a Comp Shop on their own\u00a0
\n\tKey Liaison pertaining to product info between Merch- and the Marketing- & ONMI teams
\n\tTaking Minutes & making Notes during all key meetings<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric, Higher Certificate or Diploma\u00a0
\n\tBuying Admin experience\u00a0
\n\tUnderstanding of the clothing retail Cycle and Buying Process
\n\tLove of Sneaker Culture\u00a0
\n\tExcel & PowerPoint proficient\u00a0<\/p>\n
