\tWe have a vacancy available for an Inventory Controller to join our team at our new WeBuyCars Lansdowne Branch.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Purchase Orders<\/p>\n
\tOpen, approve & close orders
\n\tEnsure adherence to admin order processes
\n\tReversals & corrections
\n\tSystem support for purchase orders
\n\tData extraction and processing
\n\tDaily follow-up on open orders<\/p>\n
Stock Management<\/p>\n
\tExtract and analyze stock data
\n\tMonitor stock take exceptions and report discrepancies
\n\tTroubleshoot issues and provide system support
\n\tMonitor stock levels on the floor
\n\tManage Trello board: Add & remove vehicles<\/p>\n
\u00a0Housekeeping and Expense Control<\/p>\n
\tManage manual order books
\n\tOrder stickers: \u201cPromo,\u201d \u201cSold,\u201d \u201cFinance,\u201d \u201cQC,\u201d and \u201cDelivery Ready\u201d
\n\tArrange payment requisitions for service providers<\/p>\n
\u00a0Key Competencies and Skills<\/p>\n
\tStrong verbal and written communication skills
\n\tMechanical background in vehicles (essential)
\n\tGood listening skills
\n\tProblem analysis and resolution
\n\tTeam player
\n\tAbility to work under pressure<\/p>\n
Further requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tFully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
\n\tMinimum 3 years of inventory management experience
\n\tTechnical\/mechanical background advantageous
\n\tPrevious experience in the motor industry<\/p>\n
