\tWe are seeking a responsible and experienced Dangerous Goods Driver to join our team in Blackheath, Crescent Area.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting hazardous materials in a safe and efficient manner, while adhering to all government regulations and company policies.
\n\tThe Dangerous Goods Driver will be responsible for loading and unloading hazardous materials, conducting routine vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate transportation records.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSafely transport hazardous materials to and from designated locations
\n\tLoad and unload hazardous materials using proper safety procedures
\n\tConduct routine vehicle inspections and perform necessary maintenance tasks
\n\tEnsure all transportation documentation is accurate and up to date
\n\tAdhere to all government regulations and company policies regarding the transportation of dangerous goods
\n\tCommunicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members
\n\tMaintain a clean and organized work environment
\n\tFollow established safety protocols and procedures at all times<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tValid commercial driver’s license with a hazardous materials endorsement
\n\tMinimum of 2 years experience driving commercial vehicles
\n\tKnowledge of federal and state regulations regarding the transportation of dangerous goods
\n\tExcellent driving record with no major violations
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tHigh school diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n
Physical Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tAbility to lift and carry heavy loads up to 50 pounds
\n\tAbility to work in various weather conditions
\n\tAbility to sit for long periods of time and operate a commercial vehicle<\/p>\n
