We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join Yara Animal Nutrition South Africa (Pty) Ltd in Durban. This position will responsible for checking of all sales quotations from the sales team and then converting to a sales order. The position will be located in Umbogintwini, South Africa.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProcessing of sales documents (Checking transport rates, pricing, products and destinations)
\n\tConvert sales quotations to sales orders on SAP\u00a0
\n\tCapture empty bag movements between warehouses by creating a sales order
\n\tAttend to all queries with sales teams on a daily basis with regards to customer orders\/quotes
\n\tAssist with PFI\u2019s for sales team where necessary
\n\tCapturing and Billing of Depot Sales Orders received from depots
\n\tAssisting finance with reconciliations of all depots
\n\tReconciliation, stock counts of bags at depots, monthly and quaterly. Travel to depots required.\u00a0
\n\tWeekly filing of documents
\n\tAssist with any other daily tasks as required in the marketing\/logistics department
\n\tStand by for staff members that are on leave<\/p>\n
Profile<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/Equivalent NQF Level 4\u00a0
\n\tAt least 2 years working experience in sales\/logistics or financial administration will be an advantage
\n\tComputer literacy \u2013 MS Office essential and SAP
\n\tGood communication skills at all levels
\n\tConcern for order and forward planning
\n\tAccuracy and attention to detail
\n\tCustomer service orientated
\n\tAbility to manage time effectively and work under pressure
\n\tAbility to speak and understand Afrikaans would be an advantage<\/p>\n
