\tAs Service Desk Technician in internal operations, the work you perform will enhance your current skill set and ultimately contribute to your success and that of this great company.<\/p>\n
What you will do\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssist DigiCert employees with various technical issues
\n\tProvision hardware for new and existing employees as needed
\n\tTrack work performed relating to support requests, projects and other task
\n\tWSUS Server Administration (Ensure the timely application of important updates on workstations and corporate systems)
\n\tCreate\/modify appropriate employee access (Active Directory, Email, Corporate Tools and Systems)
\n\tOrder\/maintain inventory (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, Keyboards, Headsets, etc.)
\n\tPerform periodic physical asset audits and maintain accurate records
\n\tMaintain accurate software license inventory
\n\tPerform maintenance\/upgrades on internal\/corporate servers
\n\tMaintain, update and administer security update software (Sophos, LastPass, BitLocker etc.)
\n\tSetup employee 2-factor authentication (ie. Yubikey or Mobile phone app)
\n\tMaintain and improve AD GPO, and implement proposed changes
\n\tLook for ways to improve and streamline processes and procedures
\n\tTroubleshoot, upgrade and\/or replace computer hardware and office printers
\n\tOther internal operational duties as assigned<\/p>\n
What you will have\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t2+ years of experience in the IT industry in a Service Desk role working on software & hardware
\n\tTertiary qualification or certifications such A+\/N+ and\/or MCSA\u00a0
\n\tITIL Foundation Certification (strongly preferred)\u00a0
\n\tInternational service desk experience in global technology company (strongly preferred)
\n\tAbility to work independently with the aim of adding value to an experienced
\n\tTeam player a with positive attitude
\n\tSelf-motivated and effective time management skills
\n\tProfessional level of interpersonal communication skills and emotional maturity<\/p>\n
