\tEnsures that the service offering provided satisfies customers\u2019 needs and identifies leads across their allocated Account Managers Portfolios.
\n\tResolve all enquiries or queries escalated to you by your Account Managers within a reasonable timeframe.
\n\tEnsure that your portfolio is sufficiently serviced to ensure customer satisfaction.
\n\tEnsure that clients\u2019 portfolios data integrity is accurately maintained.
\n\tAssists with preparing and presenting business proposals to both existing and new potential customers.
\n\tMaintains close relationships with the Account Managers in order to capitalise on opportunities identified.
\n\tEnsures effective management of documentation and records as defined within the customer\u2019s document retention strategy by informing customers of past due dates.
\n\tDeals with, resolves and reports on issues, concerns and complaints as relates to your portfolio or allocated clients.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE:\u00a0<\/p>\n

\t\u00a0B Degree in Sales\/ Business Administration\/Customer Relationship \/Marketing Management
\n\tAt least 6 years of solid knowledge of Sales, Channel and Consumer Marketing functions, Logistics or Supply Chain
\n\tExcellent command of the English language
\n\tMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tMust pay attention to detail
\n\tMust be focused on achieving results
\n\tMust be a team player
\n\tMust have business acumen and be able to communicate at all levels
\n\tMust be highly computer literate
\n\tDemonstrate excellent organisational skills
\n\tMust have valid driver\u2019s license with own transport<\/p>\n
