Administrative Duties<\/p>\n
Daily reports required to be updated:<\/p>\n
\tBi-Hourly Report (10:30, 12:30, 14:30 16:30 and End of day)
\n\t20 Mile March
\n\tConsultant Performance Report
\n\tOakhurst sales report
\n\tManual COC when requested by the team
\n\tRetentions daily report (Directors report, individual performance, leads report, etc)
\n\tAssist with KA reports in absence of the other administrator.<\/p>\n
Weekly reports required to be updated:<\/p>\n
\tConsultant Productivity Report
\n\tWeekly consultants\u2019 commitments
\n\tBingo and Cash back (Monday)
\n\tLoading of new dealers and removing where necessary.<\/p>\n
Monthly reports required to be updated:<\/p>\n
\tAll Daily and Weekly Reports to be Done on the First day off the month
\n\tDirectors monthly stats report
\n\tThe Dealer monthly report<\/p>\n
Additional Daily duties:<\/p>\n
\tUpdate WhatsApp group @ 10:30, 16;30 and 17:00
\n\tUpdated Dealer bases as requested by Consultants
\n\tSource code changes when required
\n\tCreate VIP codes for new dealers when required or changes on existing VIP codes
\n\tAssist Management with any other reports or information requested<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric or equivalent, a tertiary qualification will be an advantage
\n\tProficient in relevant computer applications and call centre systems
\n\tGood typing skills
\n\tExcellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task
\n\tExcellent oral and written communication skills
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a team
\n\tAttention to detail and deadlines (essential)
\n\tAbility to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances.
\n\tAbility to prioritise and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods.
\n\tAbility to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise
\n\tAbility to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters<\/p>\n
