Core Description<\/p>\n
\tResponsible to develop, implement and maintain effective legal, risk, compliance and client contractual management strategies and practices within the organisation<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that BCX operates within legal and regulatory frameworks.
\n\tFacilitate communication between the board of directors, senior management, and various stakeholders.
\n\tIdentify, assess, prioritize, and monitor risks that could impact the organization’s objectives and report on them to key stakeholders.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop and implement risk management including Business Continuity strategies and policies.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that BCX complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.\u00a0
\n\tEstablish and maintain a compliance management system.\u00a0
\n\tEstablish and maintain a client contractual management system.
\n\tCollaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to legal, risk and compliance.
\n\tPrepare regular reports to relevant stakeholders on the organisation\u2019s legal, risk and compliance performance.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNQF 8: Honours Degree\/ Post Graduate Diploma in Finance\/Accounting
\n\tAdditional Education -Preferred \/Advantage
\n\tMaster in Business Administration (MBA)<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years working experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance of which five (5) years must be at Senior Management level.<\/p>\n
