Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Corporate Identity (CI) Management<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all internal and external design work adheres to CI standards.
\n\tReview and approve graphic outputs across departments.
\n\tAct as brand custodian and visual identity ambassador.<\/p>\n
Product Design and Development<\/p>\n
\tCreate new training products, marketing materials, and multimedia assets.
\n\tConceptualize lead magnets and teaser content to boost client engagement.
\n\tConduct QA and ensure final product readiness for market.<\/p>\n
Product and Content Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tUpdate and refresh existing products regularly.
\n\tEnsure alignment with legislation and industry best practices.<\/p>\n
Project Management<\/p>\n
\tDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
\n\tManage project teams and oversee deliverables from inception to closure.
\n\tMonitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure deadlines are met.<\/p>\n
Team Leadership<\/p>\n
\tSupervise internal designers and cross-functional teams.
\n\tMentor team members and conduct performance evaluations.<\/p>\n
Innovation and Market Research<\/p>\n
\tMonitor trends, technologies, and competitor activity.
\n\tIdentify gaps and innovate new products accordingly.
\n\tEmbed creativity into marketing and learning solutions.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with internal departments and external partners.
\n\tAlign product development with organisational objectives.
\n\tCommunicate updates and integrate stakeholder feedback.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
\n\tAdvanced degree or professional certification in Project Management.
\n\tISO 9001 Implementation Certification.
\n\tAdvanced skills in MS Projects or equivalent project management software.
\n\tCertificate in Adobe Suite (advanced level) or equivalent qualification in graphic design software.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar role involving product development, graphic design, and project management.
\n\tMinimum 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
\n\tProven experience leading project teams and managing cross-functional<\/p>\n
