\tRPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable and well established Construction Project Management Firm in the Western Cape is currently seeking a qualified, committed, and hardworking Junior\/Intermediate Construction Project Manager who can join their growing team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBSc\/BTech degree in Construction Management\/Project Management or similar
\n\tAround 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with minimum 3 years in a full-function Construction Project Manager role
\n\tSolid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and contract documentation
\n\tProven ability to manage construction schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships
\n\tExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
\n\tProficient with MS Office and MS Project
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own transport<\/p>\n
