Job Profile Summary<\/p>\n
\tThe Senior Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
\n\tThis role performs configurations, actions installations and attends to break\/fix events.
\n\tThis role works towards associate to professional level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOwns larger portions of an installation, break\/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity during project lifecycle
\n\tTakes responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting during project lifecycle
\n\tEscalates complex problems to the relevant third parties.
\n\tAssists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes during ops handover
\n\tCompiles and maintains project administration (Time Capture and feedback to stakeholders)
\n\tConducts elementary presentations within the customer’s organization.
\n\tExpected to take leadership from senior resources on relevant technologies according to specialization and best practice.
\n\tPerforms any other related task as required.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping fundamental project and administration ability.
\n\tDeveloping understanding and appreciation of technical design principles and compute layers.
\n\tAbility to develop an understanding of fundamental project and administration processes.
\n\tDisplay a strong learning orientation.
\n\tGood verbal communication skills.
\n\tDemonstrate a client service orientation.
\n\tHands-on proactive in approach.<\/p>\n
Work Experience<\/p>\n
Academic Qualification and Certifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field.
\n\tProfessional level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco CCNP, Aruba ACP-CA or ACMP, F5 201\/301<\/p>\n
Installation knowledge of the following technologies would be advantageous<\/p>\n
\tCisco Meraki Routing\/Switching
\n\tCisco Wireless
\n\tCisco ISE
\n\tCisco Viptela SDWAN
\n\tCisco Catalyst Centre
\n\tAruba Central
\n\tAruba ClearPass
\n\tF5 BIG -IP Server Load Balancing
\n\tInfoBlox DDI (IPAM)
\n\tEkahau \u2013 Wireless Survey<\/p>\n
Required Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 4 years\u2019 work experience in technical implementation engineering, specific to Networking technologies.
\n\tModerate level of experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.
\n\tModerate level of experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
\n\tModerate level of experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting<\/p>\n
