If you thrive on connecting data, people, and purpose, this is your next big move.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<br \/>\nOrganisational Effectiveness &amp; Design<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with the Head of OE &amp; Total Rewards to design future-fit models for high-performing teams<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement organisational structures that align with our strategy and culture<br \/>\n\tLead change management initiatives that build resilience and enable smooth transformation across the business<\/p>\n<p>Talent &amp; Succession Management<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and embed dynamic talent and succession strategies to futureproof leadership pipelines<br \/>\n\tContinuously review and improve the talent ecosystem to align with evolving business needs<br \/>\n\tTrack impact through analytics and report on readiness, risk, and bench strength<\/p>\n<p>Performance Management<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign performance management processes that are simple, human, and performance-enhancing<br \/>\n\tMonitor impact through data insights and stakeholder feedback<br \/>\n\tCoach managers and teams on performance conversations and accountability<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP)<\/p>\n<p>\tLead the development of SWP frameworks to help the business anticipate and respond to future capability needs<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with People Partners and senior leaders to align workforce supply with demand<br \/>\n\tUse data and modelling to influence smart resourcing decisions<\/p>\n<p>Leadership Development<\/p>\n<p>\tCraft and launch leadership programmes that inspire, challenge, and grow our people leaders<br \/>\n\tBuild a culture of continuous development through learning journeys and capability-building initiatives<br \/>\n\tMonitor leadership effectiveness and report on key success metrics<\/p>\n<p>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding Excellence<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign meaningful onboarding and offboarding experiences that strengthen employee connection and engagement<br \/>\n\tUse feedback loops to evolve these journeys and ensure a positive impression at every touchpoint<br \/>\n\tSupport knowledge transfer and continuity across the employee lifecycle<\/p>\n<p>Change Management &amp; Communication<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and deploy agile change management models that support people through transformation<br \/>\n\tDevelop internal communication strategies that drive awareness and adoption<br \/>\n\tEvaluate the success of change efforts and recommend enhancements<\/p>\n<p>Analytics &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and success measures across all OE initiatives<br \/>\n\tTranslate insights into strategic action and share findings with HC leadership<br \/>\n\tLeverage tools like Power BI and Excel to present data in visually compelling ways<\/p>\n<p>Research &amp; Innovation<\/p>\n<p>\tContinuously scan the external environment for best practices and trends in organisational effectiveness<br \/>\n\tBenchmark Mukuru\u2019s frameworks against industry standards and suggest innovative enhancements<br \/>\n\tCollaborate across teams to pilot and implement new approaches<\/p>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Bring<br \/>\nQualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12 or equivalent (Essential)<br \/>\n\t3-year HR degree or related field (Essential)<br \/>\n\tHonours in Industrial Psychology or HCM (Advantageous)<br \/>\n\tChange management certification (Beneficial)<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t5+ years in Organisation Development\/Design in a corporate or consulting environment<br \/>\n\tStrong experience working across performance management, talent, and organisational change<br \/>\n\tExperience in designing and implementing leadership and workforce planning frameworks<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Tools<\/p>\n<p>\tDeep knowledge of organisational design, talent, and performance management frameworks<br \/>\n\tAdvanced Excel and Power BI skills<br \/>\n\tPowerPoint wizardry with the ability to tell stories through data<br \/>\n\tStrong research and development capability<br \/>\n\tProject management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams<br \/>\n\tHigh emotional intelligence, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/sa.mukuru.com\/ ) or<\/p>\n<p>mukuru.breezy.hr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/mukuru.breezy.hr","_company_name":"Mukuru","_company_website":"http:\/\/sa.mukuru.com\/","_company_tagline":"Mukuru helps you move money around Africa.
