\tThe role of a sales agent is a critical one for a company\u2019s sales and for the growth of its business by promoting the company\u2019s goods and services to potential customers.
\n\tIn fulfilling their role, sales agents use business directories and leads from current clients to identify potential customers.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Sales<\/p>\n
\tSelling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
\n\tMaintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
\n\tEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
\n\tAchieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule time frame
\n\tAble to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
\n\tNetwork with potential customers
\n\tEducate customers on each type of sale and make recommendations based on their need
\n\tTarget Driven
\n\tQuality Assurance
\n\tQuality check information captured on systems with that given by Customer
\n\tAims to deliver the highest standards of customer service and maintaining these standards by continuous evaluation of agents and resolution processes<\/p>\n
