\n\tOutside cleaning areas

\n\tAuditoriums

SECONDARY DUTIES<\/p>\n
The below need to be executed in accordance with the frequency outlined below<\/p>\n
\tDaily (Vacuum, wash, mop, scrub, polish as required)
\n\tKitchen: kitchen utensils, equipment, cupboards, and floors
\n\tKitchen: cloths and towels washed
\n\tKitchen bins: regularly emptied and refuse bags replaced
\n\tCarpeted and non-carpeted areas (tiled floors, cloakroom floors, ramps, kitchen floors, stairways)
\n\tFurniture\/Upholstered Chairs, Couches and Equipment (phones, pictures, computer equipment, etc.)
\n\tUpholstery of chairs: vacuumed
\n\tTiles and stairs
\n\tWindow Sills
\n\tOffice doors and door handles (including disinfect)
\n\tHand rails on stairways:\u00a03 x times daily\u00a0(including disinfect)
\n\tHand wash basins and taps
\n\tToilet seats top and bottom (including disinfect)
\n\tWaste bins:\u00a02 x times daily\u00a0(including disinfect and fitted with plastic bags)
\n\tRefuse bags, bins, removable items (empty boxes, etc)\u00a0<\/p>\n
Weekly<\/p>\n
\tMain entrance windows and doors up to reach height;\u00a03 x times\u00a0weekly
\n\tKitchen cupboards: emptied, tidied and washed
\n\tKitchen Canisters
\n\tDoors: markings to be removed and disinfected
\n\tDoor Handles: polished
\n\tWalls and wall tiles: complete wash and disinfect
\n\tNon-Carpeted areas: scrubbed
\n\tSkirting\u2019s & powers skirting\u2019s (including disinfect)\u00a0<\/p>\n
Monthly<\/p>\n
\tCouches and chairs upholstered with leather<\/p>\n
Daily spot cleaning<\/p>\n
\tCarpets as required
\n\tWalls up to reach height (including disinfect)
\n\tHand wash basins
\n\tCloakrooms:\u00a03 x times daily\u00a0(replenish all toiletry items)
\n\tReception areas:\u00a02 x times daily
\n\tEmergency Exits:\u00a02 x daily\u00a0(kept free of obstacles)<\/p>\n
General Duties:<\/p>\n
\tKitchen: Food and beverage to be delivered as required
\n\tKitchen to be locked after hours
\n\tEnsure Health & Safety principals strictly adhered to:
\n\tProtective clothing to be worn as per applicable Health & Safety guidelines
\n\tApplication of cleaning materials to be applied as per applicable Health & Safety guidelines<\/p>\n
Key Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMin Grade 10
\n\tPrevious Cleaning experience in Corporate \/ Commercial environment
\n\tBasic knowledge of general hygiene practices
\n\tGood knowledge of facility layout
\n\tGood knowledge of cleaning products and applications<\/p>\n
