Job Description<\/p>\n
\tA dynamic group within the motor vehicle business sector is seeking an energetic and eager-to-learn Chartered Accountant to join their head office team.
\n\tThe head office is responsible for group financial analysis, statutory financial reporting, and various projects, reporting to executive leadership and the board of directors.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProvide relevant financial information to support decision-making.
\n\tAnalyse financial information for management reporting.
\n\tPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
\n\tPerform audits of key financial areas.
\n\tExtract and present financial data clearly for stakeholders.
\n\tPrepare financial statements.
\n\tComplete monthly intercompany reconciliations.
\n\tAssist with audit preparation.
\n\tPrepare accounting schedules.
\n\tPrepare related party schedules and reconciliations.
\n\tParticipate in special projects as needed.
\n\tPerform basic Pastel processing and reconciliations when required.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tChartered Accountant (SA).
\n\tNewly qualified or with post-articles experience.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tIntermediate MS Excel skills.
\n\tCaseWare drafting experience (beneficial but not essential).
\n\tExperience with Pastel\/SAGE for processing and reporting.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\tExperience with accounting software packages.
\n\tFlexibility to adapt to various business and reporting requirements.<\/p>\n
