\tCreate processes and methods to gather supply chain data
\n\tAnalyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
\n\tPlan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
\n\tDevelop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)
\n\tOversee inventory procedures
\n\tDiscover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules
\n\tEvaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards
\n\tHelp foster trusting relationships with business partners
\n\tTrack KPIs and report on supply chain\u2019s performance<\/p>\n
