Receiving of stock from Receiving Depot<\/p>\n
\tVerify quantity\/quality delivered against quantity ordered
\n\tPack\/shelve of stock into different store sites within YM Store Create inventory numbers
\n\tPlan and control of received stock
\n\tAssures that accurate quantities of product were received by comparing appropriate paperwork<\/p>\n
Replenishment of Stock<\/p>\n
\tDetermine the Economic Ordering Quantity and the Re-order point level of the stores items goods to avoid out of stock (Maintenance of stock levels)
\n\tEfficiently drive and manage the process of procuring goods and services through the tendering and 3 quote processes for stock replenishment
\n\tPurchase goods or services according to service level agreements between NECSA and the vendor. Constructively work with the vendor and\/or business in order to increase item purchases via catalogues \/ contract
\n\tEffectively handle and solve escalated\/emergency situations that requires procurement interventions
\n\tNegotiates with suppliers to achieve best value for money and to clarify key terms (delivery dates, payment terms etc.)<\/p>\n
For 3 quote procured goods and services:<\/p>\n
\tPrepares and processes request (RFQ Document)
\n\tInvestigates available and existing suppliers.
\n\tIdentifies suppliers which comply with the Necsa procurement procedure, with specific emphasis on B-BBE.
\n\tNegotiates with suppliers to achieve best value for money and to clarify key terms (delivery dates, payment terms etc.)<\/p>\n
Issuing of stock<\/p>\n
\tPrint picking slip and picking item to be issued
\n\tPick stock from the store and handover to the requester
\n\tEnsure that all dispatched stock is correct
\n\tIssue of stock out of the system (Microsoft Dynamics)<\/p>\n
Stock Control<\/p>\n
\tPreform of routing stock counts to ensure accurate inventory.
\n\tConduct of physical stock-counting annually.
\n\tAccurately check the incoming stock
\n\tClarifies and resolve discrepancies as required
\n\tRegularly monitor and update inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels.<\/p>\n
Administration and Filling<\/p>\n
\tRecord Keeping, Proper filling systems for all Purchase Orders and Goods Returned Notes
\n\tSort the delivery note and invoices according to Necsa group entities
\n\tGenerate system reports as and when required
\n\tEnsuring that the operating environment is clean as per policies and procedures. Move goods into appropriate locations for stocking, keeping pathways clear. Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested<\/p>\n
SHEQ Management<\/p>\n
\tComplete BBS observations in order to prevent injuries.
\n\tEnsure that material handling is in accordance with general warehouse and logistics best practices
\n\tStores product by designated storage areas and adjusting of storage areas accordingly for safe environment.
\n\tEnsure that safety standards of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) are followed at all times<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tAt Least 3-year Diploma in Logistics, Warehousing or Supply Chain Management from a Tertiary Institution
\n\tValid code 10 driver\u2019s license
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\tOverhead crane and forklift licenses<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\tAt least 2-4 years\u2019 experience in Logistics, Warehousing or Supply Chain Management.
\n\tGeneral store\/warehouse experience
\n\tWorking knowledge of Solomon ERP programme, Necsa\u2019s Supply Chain Management procedure
\n\tMedical or Pharmaceutical Stores experience<\/p>\n
