Job Objectives:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop technical training programs based on organizational requirements.
\n\tCreate training schedules and classroom agendas.
\n\tDesign course content in line with training objectives.
\n\tPrepare training materials (e.g., presentations, worksheets).
\n\tDeliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops, both in groups and individually.
\n\tConduct on-site training as necessary.
\n\tMaintain records of completed courses, attendance, and any related issues.
\n\tAssess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
\n\tContinuously improve training programs based on feedback and results.
\n\tSupport apprentice programs.
\n\tAssist with Volvo compliance audits.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Job Experience<\/p>\n
\tQualified Diesel Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
\n\tProven experience as a technical trainer.
\n\tFamiliarity with modern training methods and tools for technical subjects.
\n\tExperience in designing technical course content.
\n\tAbility to address training needs with complete and well-structured courses.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
\n\tStrong communication skills, comfortable with public speaking.
\n\tExcellent organizational and time management abilities.CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) certification is a valuable asset.<\/p>\n
