As R&D Process Manager, you will:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and implement enhancements in production processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate product quality.
\n\tDesign and execute experimental trials to understand how ingredients, processes, and technologies influence product outcomes. Translate findings into practical solutions for production.
\n\tEnsure our pilot facility operates at state-of-the-art standards, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and audits.
\n\tPrepare and oversee trials in both lab and factory settings, analyze results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
\n\tProvide structured, proactive updates and foster strong communication with local and remote stakeholders.
\n\tSupervise the daily work of one lab and sensory technician, supporting their development and ensuring smooth operations.<\/p>\n
Profile<\/p>\n
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:<\/p>\n
\tMaster\u2019s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Biotechnology, or equivalent experience.
\n\t2\u20135 years in a similar R&D or process management role.
\n\tExperience in food processing is essential; knowledge of fruit-based snack manufacturing is a plus.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\tHands-on mentality with a proactive, positive attitude & Excellent communication skills.
\n\tAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n\tDiscretion in handling confidential information.
\n\tSelf-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
\n\tFluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.<\/p>\n
