\tCompleting and submitting all booking forms for media partnerships, on-air, and digital campaigns with accuracy and timeliness.
\n\tCompiling post-campaign reports, event feedback, and other marketing documentation, ensuring all outputs align with the brief and brand standards.<\/p>\n
Events Co-ordination\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssisting with the planning, setup, and breakdown of branding elements at YFM events and partner activations.
\n\tLiaising with vendors and internal departments to ensure all event logistics are executed effectively.<\/p>\n
Promotions Support \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCoordinating and tracking below-the-line promotional activities in collaboration with Sales, Programming, and Client teams.
\n\tEnsuring activations are on-brand and executed according to schedule and scope.<\/p>\n
Calendar Management\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintaining and regularly updating the marketing calendar to reflect all upcoming campaigns, events, and activations.
\n\tAssisting in monitoring project timelines, tracking deliverables, and flagging potential delays.<\/p>\n
Branding Logistics & Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tOverseeing the upkeep of all branding elements ensuring they are event-ready.
\n\tMaintaining an inventory of all branding materials and coordinating distribution for activations.<\/p>\n
Procurement & Costing Support<\/p>\n
\tAssisting with obtaining quotes, compiling cost estimates, and tracking budgets for all marketing-related purchases.
\n\tSupporting the procurement of promotional merchandise and branded materials.<\/p>\n
Ad Hoc Tasks \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCarrying out any other marketing-related duties as reasonably directed by the Marketing Manager, including assisting with internal initiatives and departmental operations.<\/p>\n

\tBachelors Degree – Communications\/ Marketing – Essential<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
