In this role you will:<\/p>\n
\tManage flow of work items (Instructions, queries, requests)
\n\tResolve rejections via email or telephonic
\n\tManage exceptions of internal and external stakeholder
\n\tLog and resolve queries. Be able to give feedback on relevant queries as and when needed
\n\tManage all inbound calls from IFA\u2019s, their assistants, and our administration office
\n\tWork collaboratively with IFA\u2019s and all relevant stakeholders
\n\tSubmit, track, and give feedback on any instructions to Advisors and Advisor Assistants
\n\tMaintain agreed upon turnaround times on all administrative tasks
\n\tPerform regular data analysis around Client\/Broker Corporate activities including but not limited to; transactions, queries, escalations and exceptions with the goal to improve ease of business and the avoidance of any service failures
\n\tPresent your Broker Corporate analysis to IFA assistants on a regular basis in a Broker Office environment
\n\tCommunicate active transactional rejections and queries to IFA assistants on a regular basis in a Broker Office environment
\n\tFormulate and implement solutions based on Broker Corporate analysis
\n\tPromote the use of our transactional web
\n\tReport internal gaps and failures around our processes and service offering to the Business Improvement team and share this within your peer group for further discussion and action where applicable
\n\tAttend regular team meetings
\n\tUnderstand the changing servicing needs of Advisors
\n\tBe able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
\n\tAlways be supportive in offering assistance to the brokers \/ broker assistants and able to train their assistants<\/p>\n
You should consider applying if you have:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 \u2013 5 years relevant industry experience
\n\tA business focused degree
\n\tRPE\/CFA\/CFP will be advantageous
\n\tMatric qualification having passed both core mathematics and English
\n\tMinimum 18 months experience and strong technical knowledge of Linked Products, Local Unit Trusts and Offshore Funds is essential
\n\tExcellent understanding and navigation of Ninety One systems
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office Package
\n\tExcellent business writing skills
\n\tBusiness Afrikaans (reading, writing, and speaking) will be an advantage\u00a0<\/p>\n
