Your daily tasks in this role:<\/p>\n
\tBuild and nurture relationships with key clients through regular meetings and updates.
\n\tDeliver clear, confident presentations on programme impact and ROI.
\n\tEnsure client contract renewals are secured and growth opportunities are explored.
\n\tFacilitate introductions between clients and entrepreneurs.
\n\tCoordinate and deliver all programme reports, verification packs, and branding items.
\n\tLog and track all activity in our CRM system (Salesforce) – because if it is not logged, it didn\u2019t happen.
\n\tManage ad hoc client requests with speed, grace, and professionalism.
\n\tBe the face of Raizcorp at entrepreneurial cohort graduations, client sessions, and other strategic touchpoints.<\/p>\n
The experience you will need to apply:<\/p>\n
\t10+ years’ experience in sales, with at least 4 years in key account management.
\n\t5+ years of experience in solution sales to corporate clients.
\n\tStrong facilitation skills – you should own the boardroom.
\n\tComfort with data, presentations, and project management.
\n\tExcellent CRM discipline and Microsoft Office skills.
\n\tThe proven ability to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
\n\tA deep love for people and a genuine interest in their growth.
\n\tThick skin, a growth mindset, and enough grit to run a marathon.
\n\tExperience in Salesforce an advantage. \u00a0
\n\tYour own reliable vehicle with a valid driver\u2019s license.
\n\tMinimum matric level qualification.\u00a0
\n\tA degree in marketing \/ business advantageous.<\/p>\n
