\tMatric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification
\n\t2 years\u2019 experience in a sales and\/or customer service role
\n\t2 years\u2019 experience in the insurance and\/or financial services industry rendering financial advice (advantageous)
\n\tCompliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements
\n\tFinance or Business related tertiary qualification (desirable)
\n\tDriver\u2019s license and own transport (desirable)<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
INTERNAL PROCESS<\/p>\n
\tEngage with prospective clients in order to highlight the features and benefits of various products based on their financial wellness needs in order to support and guide their decision-making process.
\n\tSell products in line with client\u2019s financial needs by conducting affordability analysis in order to achieve clients\u2019 financial goals.
\n\tCalculated and advise on tax and legal implications of products and or changes.
\n\tAccurately capture client information, relevant actions and sales on the systems.
\n\tAccurately complete all administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.
\n\tAchieve set targets on production, quality and conversion.
\n\tAdhere to compliance requirements in the sales process in line with legislative requirements.
\n\tProvide financial advice in line with the engagement strategy to enhance client\u2019s financial wellness.<\/p>\n
CLIENT<\/p>\n
\tInvestigate client queries within the agreed service level and ensure that client receives timeous feedback.
\n\tEscalate client queries to the relevant department or stakeholder.
\n\tProvide accurate information and advice to clients and stakeholders in order to ensure that the client receives the appropriate services.
\n\tProvide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall customer targets. Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
\n\tBuild and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tMake recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.
\n\tParticipate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
\n\tProactively build and maintain client relationships by presenting our innovative and trustworthy product offerings through professional and credible Financial Advisory services.<\/p>\n
