Primary Responsibilities Include<\/p>\n
\tProvide exceptional experiences for guests throughout their stay
\n\tAct as a \u2018One Point Contact\u2019 for the guests and constantly interact with guests in order to gain feedback.
\n\tMonitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared and checked prior to check-in
\n\tCoordinate and manage communication between guests and the team and follow up to ensure we resolve guest concerns.
\n\tInform guests of our Hotel services, including facilities and dining options.
\n\tPromote all Hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
\n\tLiaise with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to enhance the guest experience.<\/p>\n

What You Bring:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma \/ Degree from a reputable institution.
\n\tMinimum of 3-4 years\u2019 experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality sector.
\n\tProven work experience at a mid to senior level in hospitality management.
\n\tProficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
\n\tStrong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
\n\tFamiliarity with hospitality industry luxury standards.<\/p>\n
