Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Human Resources Degree\/ETDP diploma
\n\t2 years experience developing accredited material
\n\tAble to work independently as well as in a team
\n\tAbility to handle pressure
\n\tExcellent written communication skills
\n\tStrong research skills<\/p>\n

\nResearch<\/p>\n
\tWhen developing course content research and understand the knowledge base of the intended learners, the required outcomes of the programme and preferred training methodology, ensuring the content is relevant and practical before developing the programme.<\/p>\n
Course design<\/p>\n
\tDesign training programme material in line with the required outcome.
\n\tDesign all material in line with the company training quality management system
\n\tDesign course material and delivery in the most cost-effective way without compromising on quality.
\n\tPilot all programmes before submitting for final approval<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tMonthly reporting to Training and Development Manager on all training related activities<\/p>\n
