Global Governance & Strategic Alignment<\/p>\n
\tServe as the global steward to ensure benefits programs, though designed and implemented locally, enable an inclusive culture and are aligned with a unified vision to support our broader employer value proposition.
\n\tPartner with country Total Rewards Partners to promote consistent standards and best practices that balance local compliance and needs with global cohesion.<\/p>\n
Oversight & ROI Tracking<\/p>\n
\tEstablish global frameworks for measuring the effectiveness, employee impact, and return on investment of benefits and well-being programs.
\n\tCollect, analyze, and synthesize data provided by country TR leaders into holistic insights for senior leadership.
\n\tMonitor overall global benefits spend to ensure alignment with business objectives and value delivery.<\/p>\n
Vendor Strategy & Global Partnerships<\/p>\n
\tManage and\/or track spend for global relationship management of enterprise-level vendors (e.g., Employee Assistance Programs, insurance pooling, well-being platforms).
\n\tWork in close partnership with Total Rewards COE team members, who will execute and manage in-country implementation.<\/p>\n
Mergers & Acquisitions Support<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate with country TR teams and global Total Rewards COE members to ensure benefits and well-being considerations are addressed during M&A due diligence and integration activities.
\n\tGuide alignment of acquired entities\u2019 programs with global strategy and standards.<\/p>\n
Well-being Leadership<\/p>\n
\tChampion a global well-being strategy that enhances employee engagement and supports a healthy, productive workforce, enabling us to be a great place to work.
\n\tProvide strategic direction and global frameworks to help local teams build effective, culturally relevant well-being programs.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\t10 years experience in global Total Rewards or Benefits roles, with expertise in strategic oversight or governance.
\n\tKnowledge of global benefits trends, regulatory environments, and program evaluation.
\n\tExperience managing vendor relationships and global benefits infrastructure.
\n\tDemonstrated success in building cross-functional, cross-regional alignment without direct control.
\n\tStrategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
\n\tExperience in M&A support related to benefits is strongly preferred.
\n\tPlease note: Regardless of your location, this role requires alignment with Eastern Time (ET) business hours. We value flexibility and global collaboration, but successful candidates must be prepared to work during ET hours to ensure effective communication and team synergy.<\/p>\n
