Duties:<\/p>\n
\tTo provide strategic vision, leadership and management of the Investment Management division\u00a0
\n\tStrategy formulation, implementation, review and adaptation\u00a0
\n\tLead and coordinate portfolio management and value creation activities of all Unlisted Investments to maximise the shareholder or client\u2019s value.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop and implement functional relationships with other investors and stakeholders.\u00a0
\n\tDevelop and implement a value creation strategy for the business unit and portfolio companies, including exit planning.\u00a0
\n\tProvide team leadership to manage investments in an efficient manner (i.e. quick turnaround, staff productivity)\u00a0
\n\tStakeholder management\u00a0
\n\tRisk Management (manage enterprise risks), compliance and reporting.\u00a0
\n\tLead and coordinate investment operations to ensure processes are efficient and effective.\u00a0
\n\tLead a dynamic team of professionals.<\/p>\n
