Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Software Development:<\/p>\n
\tAssisting in the design, coding, testing and debugging of software applications
\n\tCollaborate with the developers and engineers in our department to implement new features and enhance existing technologies and infrastructure.
\n\tResearch and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve developmental processes.<\/p>\n
Technical Support<\/p>\n
\tProvide first-level support for software applications and systems
\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end users.
\n\tDocument support requests, resolutions and recurring issues to improve system performance and user experience
\n\tAssist in the creation of user guides, FAQ\u2019s and other technical documentation.<\/p>\n
Database Administration:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of databases and users
\n\tMonitor database performance and troubleshoot performance-related issues
\n\tSupport data backup, recovery, and security procedures
\n\tGenerate operational performance reports as required<\/p>\n
General:<\/p>\n
\tAdhere to company policies, procedures and standards.
\n\tContribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
\n\tBe willing to work in a high performance environment\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Education and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree\/ diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software engineering, or a related field.
\n\tBasic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Javascript, Python
\n\tExposure to version control systems like Git is a plus
\n\tFamiliarity with Cloud and Server based platforms is advantageous but not required<\/p>\n
