\tVendor Onboarding
\n\tVendor support and Training for Blue Yonder
\n\tObtaining and processing of Quotes for Transport
\n\tPurchase Order Creation
\n\tOver border Transport Documentation packs
\n\tImplementation and roll out of Transporter scorecards
\n\tSelf-billing and Fiori queries and issue resolution
\n\tSupport with all logistics payment process (All payment issues)\u00a0
\n\tCNPD operations and truck allocation
\n\tMonitor Lead Time report
\n\tAbility to act with a sense of urgency to ensure both internal and external customers are served in a timely manner
\n\tAbility to be proactive, work independently and be self-motivated
\n\tExcellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to communicate\/present information to employees on all levels
\n\tProvide cross-functional support when team members are on leave\u00a0
\n\tProvide support to the Supply Chain Planning & Logistics team on critical tasks as and when required
\n\tResponding and\/or directing customer queries<\/p>\n
Qualifications: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 Essential
\n\tDiploma in Supply Chain or Business Commerce advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t3 – 5 Years in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain environment<\/p>\n
