Key job responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOwn end-to-end strategic programs from conception to implementation, driving measurable business impact
\n\tDevelop and execute program vision, success metrics, and roadmaps while leading complex cross-functional initiatives
\n\tIdentify and implement automation opportunities, process improvements, and scalable solutions
\n\tPartner with Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Analytics teams to drive program success and stakeholder alignment
\n\tBuild and maintain robust reporting and audit mechanisms to track KPIs and program effectiveness
\n\tAuthor executive communications, strategic recommendations, and lead change management initiatives
\n\tDrive data-driven decision making through business intelligence, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline<\/p>\n
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree
\n\tSenior program or project management experience
\n\tExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
\n\tExperience using data and metrics to drive improvements
\n\tExperience owning\/driving roadmap strategy, definition and end to end product delivery<\/p>\n
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
