Day-to-day, you\u2019ll work closely with internal teams across Product Line Services, Region Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain, as well as external customers, partners, and suppliers, to deliver impactful solutions and foster strong relationships.<br \/>\n\tYou\u2019ll specifically take care of promoting and selling Alstom\u2019s services portfolio (Asset Life Management, Refurbishments, Parts &amp; Overhaul &amp; Digital) to end customers, but also manage spare sales activities to improve customer experience and deliver the commercial plan for Parts, Repairs, and Overhaul in the cluster.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll look to you for:<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentifying and developing business opportunities in the addressable market<br \/>\n\tCompiling and implementing 3-Year Plans and capture plans for the cluster<br \/>\n\tMapping local fleets and analyzing maintenance contracts and regimes<br \/>\n\tPromoting Alstom\u2019s Parts &amp; Overhaul offerings and obsolescence solutions<br \/>\n\tDeveloping customer intimacy to understand their needs and pain points<br \/>\n\tDriving customer business meetings, negotiations, and proactive commercial development<br \/>\n\tSupporting bid and tender strategies to achieve target gross margins<br \/>\n\tEnsuring compliance with Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality standards<br \/>\n\tCompiling and managing delivery KPIs for the cluster<\/p>\n<p>All about you<\/p>\n<p>We value passion and attitude over experience.
