We are seeking an experienced Business Development \u00a0Manager to lead and manage key targeted accounts for our Power Systems (PS) Business within the Power and Grid (P&G) Segment. This role involves developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive growth and maximize the full SE basket capture of the segment.<\/p>\n

\tDevelop and adapt account plans and Go-to-Market strategies to drive growth.
\n\tManage key targeted accounts for Power Systems (PS) Business in the Power and Grid (P&G) Segment, as well as the ecosystem to maximize the full SE basket capture of the segment PAM.
\n\tAs account owner, have the full responsibility of analysing, developing & adapting account plans, Go-to-Market-Strategies (GTM) and influence channels (SE and those of Customers) to drive growth both in PS as well as across SE basket.
\n\tDevelop and implement the commercial strategy for the Segment in order to profitably grow the sales of SE products, solutions and services.
\n\tEnsure that all SE business within the Segment, regardless of GTM is done in full compliance with local laws & regulations and the company’s Trust Charter, governance, policies and processes.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tUndergraduate qualification in a technical stream; postgraduate business qualification preferred.
\n\t10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the P&G Segment.
\n\tStrong understanding of public and private procurement models.
\n\tTechnical competence and ability to demonstrate the value of digital platforms.
\n\tKnowledge of the P&G system ecosystems within the SADC region.
\n\tAbility to ideate solutions and involve the correct resources from early identification to execution.
\n\tStrong collaboration skills and ability to drive team goals.
\n\tAvailability to travel within SA and SADC regions.
\n\tAbility to make quick decisions and manage risks.
\n\tExperience with corporate governance and customer satisfaction.
\n\tComfortable in a high-performance culture and able to work under pressure.
\n\tAbility to coach and mentor junior talent.<\/p>\n
