Job Description<\/p>\n
\tPurpose: To ensure and maintain an efficient service, this includes following the cash register S.O.P\u2019s, as well as Reception\/Receiving duties in conjunction with maintaining the S.O.P\u2019s that are aligned to this field, that results in an increase in customer satisfaction and continuous growth of the business<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tOversee and control daily, weekly, and monthly stocktakes and cycle counts across multiple departments in line with scheduled plans.
\n\tEnforce company policies and procedures consistently to ensure operational compliance.
\n\tAccurately receive, dispatch, and record stock as per supplier invoices.
\n\tInvestigate stock discrepancies and collaborate with stock controllers across branches to reconcile physical and system stock.
\n\tReview and verify credit slips either at management\u2019s request or by own initiative when variances arise.
\n\tVerify and manage internal stock deliveries, ensuring they are correctly placed in delivery cages and booked out to the correct driver.
\n\tEnsure all items are properly scanned before being sent to their respective departments to maintain inventory accuracy.
\n\tReview and verify credit slips either at management\u2019s request or by own initiative when variances arise.
\n\tCoordinate the dispatch of stock to relevant departments efficiently.
\n\tAssist in the Drive-Thru as a Cashier, ensuring excellent customer service and transaction accuracy.
\n\tResponsible for housekeeping of work area.
\n\tParticipate in perpetual stock takes.
\n\tPerform any work-related tasks as delegated by superior.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tMatric or x3 Completed Intercept courses equating to total of 120 credits
\n\t1 Year minimum experience in a similar role
\n\tBrights Induction (service excellence)
\n\tGood customer service and Interpersonal skills
\n\tAwareness & Vigilance
\n\tAbility to handle pressure
\n\tNumerical skills
\n\tAbility to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
\n\tExceptional organisational ability, high attention to detail and ability to multi-tasks
\n\tWilling to work flexible hours and holidays to meet the needs of the business<\/p>\n
