What you will love doing in this role<\/p>\n
\tMeeting sales objectives and revenue targets.
\n\tEnsure that the agreed sales and revenue targets are achieved in line with business requirements.
\n\tMeet operational and quality efficiencies.
\n\tConsistently reach performance targets and standards relating to productivity, adherence, turnaround time, and quality.
\n\tProvide an exceptional customer experience.
\n\tAccurate capturing of customer information.
\n\tEnsure compliance standards & legislative requirements are adhered to and met against agreed quality benchmarks with regards to FAIS, FICA, TCF, POPI, CPA NCR legislations.
\n\tPresent, promote, and sell products\/services in accordance with agreed processes and procedures.
\n\tEnsure a professional, polite, and efficient service is offered by acting as an ambassador.
\n\tAdaptable with the ability to respond positively to working within a pressurized environment.
\n\tHandle objections appropriately to ensure that positive results are achieved whilst maintaining. customer satisfaction.
\n\tPresent products to potential customers who meet qualifying criteria.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
What you’ll need to do this role<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) \u2013 Must have
\n\tMinimum of 2-3 year\u2019s sales\/telemarketing (outbound) experience within a Contact Centre environment \u2013 Must have
\n\tMust be proficient in MS Office applications (Email, Internet, Word, and Excel)
\n\tClear criminal and ITC record \u2013 Must have
\n\tMust not be currently debarred or declared not fit and proper in terms of the FAIS Act
\n\tExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\tExcellent telephone etiquette
\n\tSound understanding of a dialler system
\n\tTarget-driven with the ability to sustain high-performance consistently
\n\tA clear understanding of a contact centre environment<\/p>\n
