Core Description<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for ensuring that quality standards are met through evaluating, designing and preparing detailed specifications for larger complex networks and communication systems that are in alignment with BCX\u2019s standards, and potentially supervising teams<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tManage change, constantly reviewing design and responding to optimisation changes
\n\tMonitor and control the network to ensure its day-to-day stability
\n\tManage problems, assist with support functions, as well as supporting users and staff, provision of network administration and integrate systems support
\n\tContribute to the research and assessment of new technologies as well as customer needs
\n\tMonitor service levels and contribute to the development of standards and specifications
\n\tTest systems and keep records of technical details on network design, implementation plans and capital projects
\n\tAttend to IMACD’s (Installation, Modification, Addition, Change)<\/p>\n

\tNQF 6: 3 year Degree\/ Diploma\/ National Diploma

Experience<\/p>\n
\t3 years\u2019 experience<\/p>\n
OR<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 & 5 years\u2019 experience<\/p>\n
Certifications<\/p>\n
\tCCIE (Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert)<\/p>\n
Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry<\/p>\n
