Description<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and issue Notices of Set down for all Conciliation hearings inviting parties to a formal conciliation hearing
\n\tChair the conciliation sessions and assist parties to find a resolution.
\n\tDraft a Settlement Agreement and ensure that it is signed by both parties.
\n\tPrepare and Issue Notices of Non-Resolution and Referral to Adjudication on all disputes that are not resolved.
\n\tExcellent case management and closure of all matters within the prescribed time limit.
\n\tPerform administration within accepted standers and submit reports to the Complaints Manager.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Law (NQF 7)
\n\t3 \u2013 5 years of experience in the dispute resolution environment
\n\tAdministration skills
\n\tSelf-starter
\n\tAttention to detail
\n\tPresentation skills
\n\tUnderstanding of the case management process.
\n\tKnowledge in the reporting and processing of cases in the dispute resolution environment.
\n\tKnowledge of current professional standards and of the Community Schemes environment.
\n\tKnowledge of the COSOS Act and other legislation.
\n\tUnderstanding of systems and information systems.<\/p>\n
