What you will do:<\/p>\n
\tDesign appropriate strategy to achieve sales goals and targets in assigned territory
\n\tAchievement of sales, market share and growth objectives in the region.
\n\tMaintain high customer call rate, strike rate and territory coverage target.
\n\tCompile and update sales operating plan for region.
\n\tIdentify new business opportunities;
\n\tArrange and run CME events;
\n\tEstablish and maintain KOL relationships in the area
\n\tAttend all relevant trade conferences as required;
\n\tAttend cycle meetings and conferences.
\n\tMust complete country trip and day trips in the area<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tA Degree in Biochemistry OR pharmaceutical Sciences OR Human Physiology OR Marketing is essential.<\/p>\n
Experience Required<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 2-3 years’ experience doctor detailing is essential, esp in the East Rand
\n\tExperiences having dealt with Gyneas, GPs AND Specialists in the following disciplines in the Jhb EAST RAND
\n\twill be an advantage : Cardiovascular\/Diabetes, Aneasthesia and Womens Health .
\n\tStrong sales track record and sound organizational skills
\n\tKnowledge and relationships with key stake holders in region will be an advantage
\n\tEstablished KOL relationships and specialist relationships an advantage
\n\tGood communicator and self-motivated
\n\tBusiness planning acumen and ability.
\n\tComputer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point).<\/p>\n
