\n\t7 \u2013 9 years\u2019 experience in the related field, of which at least 4 years must be in a line management position or similar experience in leading\/coordinating a team.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Primary Function:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Marketing function in the execution of the marketing plan\/strategy both online and on other platforms, working on short-, medium- and long-term marketing objectives and building the City\u2019s brand image and equity.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOriginate\/produce, deliver, guide, and implement highly targeted, well-planned, integrated corporate marketing services in response to the overall strategy and communications, marketing and events activities and programmes of the department and the organisation;\u00a0
\n\tLead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products\/services;\u00a0
\n\tCreate commercially viable, strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the organisation;\u00a0
\n\tBrand reputation management and maintaining the City\u2019s corporate identity and brand culture;\u00a0
\n\tProvide leadership and guide, direct and control outcomes associated with the utilisation, productivity and performance of personnel within the sub-directorate;\u00a0
\n\tExecute sound financial, risk, compliance and supply chain management and control and contribute information to support financial planning processes within the sub-directorate;\u00a0
\n\tIdentify and define the immediate, short, and long-term objectives\/plans associated with the provision of corporate marketing services to the directorate.<\/p>\n
