\n\tThe Recon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation processes within the organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
\n\tThe ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.<\/p>\n

\n\tShould be able to carry out work in accordance with professional standards
\n\tKnowledge in the field<\/p>\n
Qualifications\/ Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tCode 8 License (valid)
\n\tMinimum 3-5 Years\u2019 experience in similar role
\n\tConfident and proactive approach \u2013 anticipates issues and requirements
\n\tMust have strong leadership qualities and have ability to manage Company Policies
\n\tHigh level of technical expertise
\n\tProven experience in reconciliation management, with a strong understanding of financial processes<\/p>\n
