behavioral competencies in area of responsibility<br \/>\n\tAssist departmental heads to interpret climate survey results and develop action plans<\/p>\n<p>Performance Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tCoach managers and employees on the use of the performance Management systems<br \/>\n\tFacilitate objective setting and calibration sessions with departmental plans<br \/>\n\tPrepare performance trend report and coach managers on the execution of performance improvement initiative<\/p>\n<p>Talent Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tWork with Line managers to identify future talent needs and prompt the People &amp; Organizational Development team<br \/>\n\tSupport hiring managers to fill vacant positions by utilizing fit for purpose sourcing methods<br \/>\n\tManage the recruitment process to ensure completion of recruitment activities within targeted timelines<br \/>\n\tProvide guidance to hiring managers on employment equity targets<br \/>\n\tPrepare regular talent analysis reports<\/p>\n<p>Employee Relations:<\/p>\n<p>\tManage Dispute and Grievance procedures<br \/>\n\tHandle CCMA matters (Conciliation, Arbitrations, reviews, Condonations, Rescission and Mediation<br \/>\n\tMonitor labour legislation developments and pro-actively identify appropriate strategies to ensure compliance and minimize business risk.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTo build and maintain harmonious and excellent relationships in the business.<\/p>\n<p>Education &amp;\u00a0Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s degree in People, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.<br \/>\n\t10+ years of significant experience in strategic People business partnering with strong Corporate environment experience.<br \/>\n\tDeep understanding and experience in Learning, Organisational Development &amp; Design, Change Management, Organisational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Diversity, \u00a0Well-being, Reward.<br \/>\n\tSound knowledge of People trends, best practices and procedures as well as appropriate labour legislation, e.g. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, etc.<br \/>\n\tGood business acumen and successful problem-solving experience leading to lasting employee relations solutions within a business.<br \/>\n\tFacilitating\/ presentation skills<br \/>\n\tCommitment to delivering exceptional People services and enhancing the employee experience.<br \/>\n\tAbility to align People initiatives with business goals and contribute to strategic planning.<br \/>\n\tAdvance proficiency in People analytics, data interpretation, and the ability to derive actionable insights from People metrics.<br \/>\n\tStrong relationship building experience with key stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and challenges.<br \/>\n\tAct as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on People policies, procedures, and best practices.<br \/>\n\tStrong computer literacy and technologically savvy in the general office management systems e.g. MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel.
