Description<\/p>\n
\tThe Delivery Manager in Client Technology will be responsible for planning, managing, and leading the delivery of multiple initiatives from initiation to completion. This role involves regular progress and status reporting on all assigned change platform delivery across our technology platforms. The Delivery Manager will proactively identify, report, and manage all risks, issues, and changes that may impact on the initiative’s outcomes. Additionally, the role includes leading a team of delivery managers and ensuring adherence to group policies for the division.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPlan, manage, and lead the delivery of multiple initiatives.
\n\tRegularly report progress and status on all assigned change platform delivery.
\n\tProactively identify, report, and manage risks, issues, and changes.
\n\tLead a team of delivery managers.
\n\tEnsure adherence to group policies for the division.
\n\tCollaborate with various teams to ensure efficient processes and meet customer expectations.
\n\tFacilitate communication and manage stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
\n\tCoordinate projects, manage resources, and allocate tasks effectively.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements and Skills<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years of experience managing projects, including cross-functional delivery teams.
\n\tExperience with SDLC and Project Lifecycle Management.
\n\tKnowledge and experience with structured, agile, and\/or lean project management methodologies.
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
\n\tAnalytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n\tStrong understanding of delivery processes and logistics.
\n\tAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
\n\tAbility to work independently and in a team environment.
\n\tExperience in project coordination, team leadership, or a similar role.
\n\tProject management certification and experience (PMI) are essential.
\n\tCertifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or Project Management Professional are beneficial.<\/p>\n
Optional (Advantageous) Requirements<\/p>\n
\tTertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
\n\tAgile certification.
\n\tBanking and Financial Services experience.
\n\tPMI \/ Prince2 Project Management certification.
