\n\tThe ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for analysing business needs, designing and developing learning programmes and updating existing programmes where needed.
\n\tFurthermore, the candidate will be responsible for facilitating learning programmes (including learnership and management programmes) as well as evaluating the effectiveness post implementation.<\/p>\n

\n\tConsider alternative training methods (on the job, coaching and mentoring, classroom, e-learning)<\/p>\n
Develop learning programmes and materials<\/p>\n
\tClearly define learning objectives using the SMART model
\n\tDifferentiate between learning objectives, e.g. knowledge, skills or attitudes
\n\tApply the Kolb and \/ or Honey & Mumford learning cycle methodology<\/p>\n
Implement learning programmes and materials<\/p>\n
\tFacilitate learning programmes in line with best practice
\n\tAccommodate different learning styles
\n\tMotivate and inspire learners by using a variety learning resources
\n\tFacilitate learning in line with policy and best practice in order to achieve learning outcomes.

\n\tFacilitate and manage online discussion forums via the LMS<\/p>\n
Evaluate learning programmes and materials<\/p>\n
\tConduct learning assessment using a variety of assessments types and methods
\n\tEvaluate learning impact using a variety of methods (looking at quantitative & qualitative measures)
\n\tDevelop learning assessment tools<\/p>\n
Review and update learning programmes and materials<\/p>\n
\tReview feedback from business partners and update learning programmes to ensure fit for purpose and business requirements
\n\tCustomise generic learning material for internal purposes
\n\tConsult regularly with allocated business partners to build and maintain working relationships<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
\tCo-coordinating & scheduling training interventions (including delegates, venues and resources required)
\n\tManage attendance registers
\n\tSubmit comprehensive monthly report
\n\tOwn the administrative duties related to training including scheduling delegates, completing attendance registers and comprehensively reporting on programmes<\/p>\n

What you’ll need to do this role<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/NQF 4
\n\t2+ years working experience in a Warehouse
\n\t3-5 years of working experience in Learning and Development as a Facilitator
\n\t2 years working experience in facilitating management and learnership programmes
\n\tHealth and Safety Certificate<\/p>\n
