Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe Sales Operations Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and broader sales function by ensuring operational alignment, reporting accuracy, and seamless cross-functional coordination. This role is responsible for managing key sales processes, tracking performance, and acting as a liaison between the Chief Revenue Officer and other departments. The role requires a blend of strategic insight, operational execution, and high-level administrative support to drive business continuity and performance delivery.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sales Operations Enablement<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and manage sales operations processes including reporting, dashboards, and performance trackers.
\n\tEnsure sales systems (CRM, D365) are updated, clean, and accurate-\u00a0
\n\tPartner with the Chief Revenue Officer and Heads to align performance reviews and target tracking
\n\tSupport automation of manual reports and introduce efficiencies where possible<\/p>\n
Executive & Administrative Support<\/p>\n
\tManage the Chief Revenue Officer\u2019s daily schedule, anticipate and resolve conflicts-\u00a0
\n\tDraft and respond to professional correspondence and internal communication
\n\tPrepare board packs, sales review decks, and meeting documentation
\n\tMaintain discretion and integrity when handling confidential matters<\/p>\n
Sales Process & Performance Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport the execution of sales initiatives including campaigns, target resets, and incentive tracking
\n\tCoordinate monthly sales meetings and strategy sessions, compile action logs
\n\tEnsure on-time and quality submission of sales data to the Chief Revenue Officer-\u00a0
\n\tLiaise with sales team members to collect relevant information and ensure alignment<\/p>\n
Internal Liaison & Coordination<\/p>\n
\tAct as the central point of contact for all operational queries directed to the Chief Revenue Officer-\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate with Finance, Marketing, Warehouse, and Branding teams to facilitate timely execution of sales-related projects
\n\tEnsure cross-functional communication is clear and deadlines are met
\n\tEscalate concerns and track resolutions to completion<\/p>\n
Event, Meeting & Travel Coordination<\/p>\n
\tSchedule and organise internal events, team offsites, and customer visits
\n\tCoordinate logistics, agendas, materials, catering, and technical requirements
\n\tBook travel arrangements and manage itineraries, travel packs, and expense claims
\n\tEnsure meetings and events are professionally executed end-to-end<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNQF 4 Business Management Diploma (Essential)
\n\tNQF 5 BCOM Business Management (Desirable)
\n\tExecutive\/Operational Support 3\u20135 Years (Essential)
\n\tSales Reporting or Admin Coordination \u00a02\u20133 Years (Essential)
\n\tWorking with Senior Leadership or Execs 2-3 Years (Essential)<\/p>\n
