WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with the Minerals Sales organization and Business Lines to manage all simple and complex commercial tenders to meet RFQ requirements
\n\tManage administrative tasks such as data entry, report writing, and proposal generation
\n\tEnsure that the proposals follow Metso Musts, Proposal Management and Minerals Sales processes
\n\tEnsure all deliverables are met
\n\tReview and compile deviations to tender and liaise with Legal,\u00a0Commercial\u00a0and Technical\u00a0experts where required
\n\tSupport the Business Lines in the preparation of\u00a0firm proposals
\n\tSupport\u00a0with client contract negotiations when required
\n\tProvide commercial support to enhance project profitability and margins
\n\tEnsure quality handover documents for implementation
\n\tEnsure priorities of\u00a0the\u00a0RFQ register are agreed with Minerals Sales organization<\/p>\n
WHO YOU ARE<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tBSc or BTech Degree in\u00a0Mineral Process Engineering\u00a0and\u00a0Extractive Metallurgy is a must
\n\tRelevant coursework or projects in mineral processing technology or heavy machinery is a plus<\/p>\n
Internship or Practical Experience (Optional but Beneficial):<\/p>\n
\tPrior internships, co-op programs, or hands-on experience in manufacturing, mining, or heavy equipment industries<\/p>\n
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):<\/p>\n
\tCertifications in project management
\n\tSafety certifications<\/p>\n
Physical Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tAbility to work in industrial environments, including exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery
\n\tWillingness to travel to project sites or client locations as needed<\/p>\n
