yearly Sales budgets<br \/>\n\tEnsuring that expense budgets as set are not exceeded<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all expected call rate of \u00b18 calls per day is maintained<br \/>\n\tEnsuring that all pre-call preparations are done and proper planning for each call<br \/>\n\tPlanning includes weekly, cyclical, and yearly planning<br \/>\n\tWeekly call cycle<br \/>\n\tCall plan to include a Rand value target for each customer (Previous shortfalls to be included in targets)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>All calls to have the following activities planned:<\/p>\n<p>\tPlacing of all orders<br \/>\n\tStock counts are updated and correct<br \/>\n\tListed items &#8211; customer compliance<br \/>\n\tMerchandising<br \/>\n\tShelf health<br \/>\n\tPrice Indicator labels current and correct<br \/>\n\tShelf trays are clean and in good shape<br \/>\n\tStock pressure<br \/>\n\tStock rotation (no expired stock found, action taken with near dated stock)<br \/>\n\tCorrect Layout<br \/>\n\tIn store display maintained<br \/>\n\tPoint of sale material management<br \/>\n\tPromotional material is available and meets Quality standards<br \/>\n\tBuild relationship with Store manager, Regional manager and all relevant staff that has influence on orders and shelf space<br \/>\n\tNegotiating of free displays and increase shelf space<\/p>\n<p>Promotional Review<\/p>\n<p>\tOn every call during the promotional period progress must be discussed with the manager\/owner of the store<br \/>\n\tMake use of COGNOS and IRI data provided to discuss performance<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bNegotiated promotional elements must include:<\/p>\n<p>\tIncreased shelf space<br \/>\n\tMoving to eye level if not already on eye level<br \/>\n\tGondola end display or on Shelf display<br \/>\n\tReduction in the Retail Selling price<br \/>\n\tIncrease in stock holding<br \/>\n\tSales out of the customer must be monitored<br \/>\n\tReports to be completed via handheld device while calling on customers<br \/>\n\tMonthly reports by area performance, reasons for success and failures<br \/>\n\tAction plans for underperforming stores<br \/>\n\tMake use of the handheld device to collate and keep accurate data on calls completed and customers information<br \/>\n\tWorking closely with our Merchandising partners<br \/>\n\tBeing responsible for the supervision, ongoing training of merchandisers in store<br \/>\n\tBeing in contact with the RSM daily<br \/>\n\tReporting of non-compliance to L&amp;S Regional Sales Manager<br \/>\n\tMake use of COGNOS and IRI data provided in negotiations<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tProject management skills<br \/>\n\tIdeas and solutions driven<br \/>\n\tConfident, assertive self-starter with a drive for results and highly motivated<br \/>\n\tEntrepreneurial spirit with good communication and negotiation skills<br \/>\n\tStructured organizational skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines<br \/>\n\tAbility to work in collaboration with agencies and customers<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of consumers, competitors, and market dynamics<br \/>\n\tStrong presentation skills<br \/>\n\tExcellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)<br \/>\n\tExtremely detail-oriented<br \/>\n\tExcellent planning and computer skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to work independently and within a team to communicate with team members and management on a daily basis<br \/>\n\tAbility to be a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Qualifications\/experience<\/p>\n<p>\tA minimum of two years&#8217;
