The successful individual will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tMaintaining and reviewing the fixed assets registry quarterly
\n\tReconciliation and Maintaining the GRIR = Goods receipt and Invoice receipt clearing account.
\n\tReconciliations of various general ledger accounts for review by the Finance controller, ensuring all outstanding items are followed and cleared
\n\tPerform bank account and cash reconciliations \u2022 Recording month \u2013 end and year end journals
\n\tAssists with the year end and finance audits
\n\tReviewing and authorizing both Foreign and Local payment
\n\tEnsuring Inter-Company confirmations and accruals are balancing before running month end
\n\tReconciliation of monthly salary report
\n\tUpdate the liquidity planning
\n\tMonth end reporting & BPC Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n

Qualification Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (non-negotiable)
\n\tB Com\/ B. Tech in Financial Management\/ Accounting, Cost Management, Economics and Finance, Financial engineering (non-negotiable)
\n\tSAP experience (non-negotiable)
\n\t3 years\u2019 work experience in a similar role
\n\tMS Office
\n\tKnowledge of business administration
\n\tLaw directives, guidelines and standards
\n\tStrong sense of confidentiality
\n\tAble to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
\n\tHigh attention to detail
\n\tSound knowledge relating to Intercompany billings and recons
\n\tAbility to work independently and in a team<\/p>\n
