Construction Management<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement project plans, programs, and schedules
\n\tCoordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and design team
\n\tMonitor progress, implement corrective actions where needed
\n\tEnsure compliance with project quality standards and procedures
\n\tManage site documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping<\/p>\n
Cost and Contractual Management<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with Quantity Surveyors on cost planning and control
\n\tEnsure timely procurement within budget and scope
\n\tApprove cost reports and support commercial claim processes
\n\tEnsure all contract deliverables and legal documentation are fulfilled<\/p>\n
SHEQ Management<\/p>\n
\tLead safety forums and enforce SHEQ compliance
\n\tImplement and manage site Health & Safety plans
\n\tTake corrective action on non-conformance<\/p>\n
Client Liaison & Relationship Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain productive client and professional team relationships
\n\tAttend and contribute to project meetings and authority engagements
\n\tRepresent and promote Stefanutti Stocks\u2019 values and brand<\/p>\n
Staff Management & Development<\/p>\n
\tProvide leadership, mentoring, and direction to project staff
\n\tImplement performance management processes
\n\tEnsure consistent compliance with company policies and best practices
\n\tFoster a positive and productive working environment<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBSc\/BTech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
\n\tProfessional registration with SACPCMP\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience managing medium to large-scale building projects
\n\tDemonstrated capability in construction and contract management, financial and commercial oversight, and operational execution
\n\tWillingness to travel and work away from Cape Town when necessary
\n\tExperience in data centre construction will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
